At this moment, Catalina’s assistant called her back.
She explained anxiously, “The person in charge of the show said it isn’t scripted. Everything depends on the guests themselves. The crew cannot control who the guests might get attracted to or if they want to date someone from the show.”
This information made Catalina even more anxious. After hanging up the phone, she paced back and forth in her room, lost in thought.
Catalina doubted if Mitchel could capture Ariana’s heart anytime soon.
She felt the need to lend him a helping hand. She wanted Ariana to marry into the Chadwick family as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Mitchel had just finished his presentation. He was going out of the laboratory when his phone in his bag vibrated.

Mitchel paused, puzzled, and asked, “Are you really my mother? If someone has kidnapped you, just hang up now.”
Catalina couldn’t help but laugh, a bit annoyed. “Are you joking right now? Check the photo I sent you. You’ll be thanking me later.”
With that, she ended the call.
Mitchel was still puzzled about what was happening when a photo from Catalina appeared on his phone.
It was a makeup shot of Ariana, selected for a poster. It also displayed the show’s name: “The Evening of Soulful Expressions.”
Catalina sent a smug emoji and a message. “I got you a role. Let’s go, son. This is your big chance. Whether Melon becomes part of our family depends on how well you do. I believe in you.”
Mitchel, reading her message, tapped on the photo once more, deep in thought.
He stared at the photo for a while before replying, “Okay.”
